- Expression of Interest
A prospective buyer formally expresses interest in becoming an offtaker by submitting a signed letter of intent stating the expected gold volumes (in kilograms) to be purchased – weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the buyer’s preference.
All formal requests should be addressed to Highly Anointed Exploits Limited Company and sent via email to info@haexploits.com.
- Evaluation and Draft Contract
Upon receipt of the buyer’s request, Highly Anointed Exploits Limited Company evaluates the proposal and prepares a Draft Full Corporate Offer (FCO) for the buyer’s review.
If both parties agree on the terms, a formal Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is executed.
- Notification to GoldBod
Once the SPA is signed, Highly Anointed Exploits Limited Company officially notifies the Ghana Gold Board (GOLDBOD) of the buyer’s details and the agreed expected volumes.
- Due Diligence Process
GOLDBOD, in collaboration with the Bank of Ghana, will conduct a due diligence review of the buyer in line with Ghanaian and international anti–money laundering (AML) regulations.
The buyer will be required to submit all necessary supporting documents as requested by GOLDBOD.
- Fund Transfer for Consignment
Upon successful completion of due diligence, the buyer transfers payment for the agreed consignment to a designated GOLDBOD account via the Bank of Ghana.
- Fund Verification and Release
After verifying the authenticity of the transferred funds, GOLDBOD releases the payment to Highly Anointed Exploits Limited Company.
- Aggregation and Delivery
Highly Anointed Exploits Limited Company aggregates and delivers the agreed quantity of Gold Dore Bars to GOLDBOD for processing and export arrangements.
- Shipment to Buyer
GOLDBOD facilitates the export and shipment of the Gold Dore Bars to the buyer’s nominated destination.
- Export Documentation
Upon shipment, GOLDBOD provides the buyer with all relevant export documentation, including:
- Airway Bill
- Commercial/Export Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
