We are legally incorporated under Ghana’s Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179), to buy, sell, and export precious minerals – including gold to clients worldwide. Beyond minerals, we are registered with the Ministry of Works and Housing and the Public Procurement Authority to deliver professional engineering, construction, and infrastructure solutions across Ghana.
